This Privacy Notice informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We are committed to protecting your privacy and we promise to process your personal data in compliance with Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020 and any applicable regulations to the extent applicable to our activities.   Personal Information While using our Site, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We take data breaches seriously and anticipate meeting the 72-hour deadline to report to the Information Commissioner as required by the Data Protection Act, 2020. We will also contact you promptly to let you know if we believe the breach has placed you (your personal data) at a high risk. We will review every incident/breach and act to prevent future occurrences.

This Privacy Notice is effective as of December 1, 2023, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Notice at any time and you should check this Privacy Notice periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Notice on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Notice.
